Destiny's Edge forms and slays the Dragonspawn

Destiny's Edge came together in 1319 AE when the norn huntress Eir Stegalkin set out to find warriors capable of destroying the Dragonspawn, a monstrous champion of the Elder Dragon Jormag. Her group merged with another band of adventurers to unite the charr warrior Rytlock Brimstone, the human guardian Logan Thackeray, the sylvari Caithe, and the asura Snaff and his apprentice Zojja; the ancient dragon Glint stood with them as ally and guide.

The guild succeeded in its mission, felling the Dragonspawn and several other dragons' champions and rising to fame across Tyria. That triumph would not hold: within a year the group would break apart in a catastrophic strike against the Elder Dragon Kralkatorrik — the wound that comes to define Destiny's Edge for the age that follows.
