This fractal recreates the Tower of Nightmares — the toxic spire the Toxic Alliance raised over Kessex Hills during Scarlet Briar's campaign (1326 AE) — but the wiki notes it is warped, with "various other fractals bleeding into it." It is a clear example of a Mists echo that is not a faithful record: the historical basis is real, the recreation is not clean.
