This fractal recreates the Tower of Nightmares, the toxic spire the Toxic Alliance raised over Kessex Hills during Scarlet Briar's campaign (1326 AE), but the wiki notes it is warped, with "various other fractals bleeding into it." It is a clear example of a Mists echo that is not a faithful record: the historical basis is real, the recreation is not clean.
