Ascalon

Humans settle Ascalon and King Doric is crowned

100 BE410 CC100 DRFirm date

Humans settle the high plains that become Ascalon, driving the charr north out of their lands, and Doric is crowned the first king of the Tyrian human kingdoms.

By 100 BE, humans pressing north on the Tyrian continent had settled the high plains that would be called Ascalon, driving the native charr out of lands the charr had only briefly held. There Doric was crowned king of the Tyrian human realms — the first of a royal line that would still rule Ascalon in the days of the Searing, nearly twelve centuries later. The dispossession of the charr from Ascalon would fuel a hatred that erupted again and again, from the Searing to the Foefire.
