Elona falls to Palawa Joko and the Sunspears are destroyed

Four decades after returning to conquer Vabbi, the lich-king Palawa Joko completes his conquest of Elona, wiping out the Order of the Sunspears and sealing the land under his undead rule for a century and a half.
Freed during the rise of Nightfall and rebuilding his power, Palawa Joko had invaded Elona in 1135 AE and diverted the River Elon to wither his enemies. By 1175 AE the conquest was complete: Elona fell wholly under his dominion and the Order of the Sunspears, the heroes who had once opposed Nightfall, were annihilated. Joko would rule Elona unchallenged — raising its dead as the Awakened — until the Pact Commander finally ended him in 1331 AE.
