Braham is named the norn of prophecy

The Spirits of the Wild call upon Braham Eirsson as the long-foretold norn of prophecy — the one fated to stand against an Elder Dragon amid the war between Jormag and Primordus.

Braham Eirsson — son of the legendary huntress Eir Stegalkin and a devoted follower of Wolf — is summoned by the Spirits of the Wild and named the norn of prophecy. Wolf, Raven, Snow Leopard, Bear, and Owl reveal that an old prophecy binds him to the Elder Dragons: he is fated either to slay one or to fall to it.

That destiny shapes the Icebrood Saga. To end the escalating war between Jormag and Primordus, Braham consents to become a harness for the Spirits' will, channeling their power to turn the Fire Dragon against the Ice Dragon so that, in the end, the two Elder Dragons destroy one another.
