Qadim seizes the hidden djinn city
Defeated in the Mystic Forge, the fire djinn Qadim flees to Ahdashim, the Hidden City of the djinn, to usurp a great power that could destroy not only the djinn but the natural balance of the world.
After his loss to Zommoros in the Mythwright Gambit, the fire djinn Qadim retreats to Ahdashim, the home of the djinn, intent on claiming a great source of power hidden there. Zommoros, fearing Qadim might unbalance the world itself, sends the Pact Commander with Scholar Glenna to seek the Key and the city’s cardinals and stop him.
The assault on Ahdashim is told through the Key of Ahdashim raid. It closes the djinn arc of the era — a smaller, parallel struggle over magic and creation running alongside the great dragon wars of the Crystal Desert.
