The Elder Undead Dragon Zhaitan stirs and hauls sunken Orr back to the surface; the Great Tsunami floods Lion's Arch and drowns Old Kaineng, and the dead of Orr rise as Zhaitan's Risen.
Orr had lain on the sea floor since Vizier Khilbron's Cataclysm sank it in 1071 AE. In 1219 AE the Elder Dragon Zhaitan awoke beneath it and dragged the drowned kingdom back into the air, generating a Great Tsunami that swept Kryta, the Maguuma coast, and the southern shores of Cantha and Elona — flooding Lion's Arch and drowning Cantha's capital of Old Kaineng. The risen dead of Orr became Zhaitan's undead legions, a threat that would dominate Tyria until the Pact slew the dragon in 1326 AE.
